Facility The Dome facility is an air-supported structure measuring 400 feet long, 118 feet wide, and 50 feet high. The facility has about 48,000 square feet of open, uninterrupted space. Playing Surface
There are two large field surfaces inside the Dome facility. They are each composed of a synthetic SportsTurf which is two inches in height and made with a base rubber compound and thiolon fabric. Each field dimension is 175 feet long by 100 feet wide. There is additional space beside the lines. Practice Golf Facility The practice golf facility separates both playing fields. It has a large undulated putting green that is 22 feet wide by 118 feet long. The synthetic putting green will register a 9 to 10 rating on the USGA stimp meter, which will make for fast greens for putting. There will also be a chipping area and sand trap to practice all types of golf shots. Location The Dundee SportsDome is located at the grounds of the CN Sportplex property in Moncton, New-Brunswick, Canada. The CN Sportplex can be found off Millennium Boulevard, which is connected to Vaughan Harvey Boulevard and Killam Drive. We are located on 125 Russ Howard Drive (beside the Tim Horton's 4-Ice Center), which is connected to Millenium Boulevard. |
